		<description>The content of the book is excellent. I like the flow diagrams giving the big and the detailed pictures of project management concepts. However, the presentation could be so much better if ONE comprehensive sample project plan that touched each concept in the book.

		<description>I cannot figure out how a company could sustain in pursuit of differentiation and low cost in strategic choice, as suggested in Blue Ocean Strategy?

Research being carried out by Mitchel Porter, that a company should choice either differential strategy or low cost strategy., in order to be successful as well sustainable in the market place.  

Many companies failed because they tried to adopt both differential and low cost strategies. For examples BMW cars, Ferrari Cars , both chose differential strategy, but not low cost strategy. They are both successful and able to sustain in the market.</description>
